BASE Apparel goes to great lengths to ensure our products meet and exceed the highest of quality standards. Some might even say that we're slightly obsessive/compulsive about making first-rate tees. To make sure each and every one of our customers has an enjoyable shopping experience, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that has any manufacturing defects or signs of damage, please report the problem to us immediately. We unconditionally stand behind the workmanship of our products, and will happily exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise or accept returns for a full refund (including shipping charges).
All defective merchandise must be reported within five (5) days of delivery by either e-mailing our Returns Department (returns@baseapparel.com) or calling Retail Customer Service at 973.794.5233 (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm EST). We will give you detailed step-by-step instructuctions on completing an exchange or return. All returns of defective merchandise must be accompanied with the original invoice and a brief explanation of the problem. Full refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you don't have the original invoice, we'll gladly make an exchange or issue merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for us to receive and process returns/exchanges.

If you'd like to exchange or return your order for any other reason, you may exchange it for an item in another size or color. Alternatively, return any products you are unsatisfied with for a refund (minus applicable shipping charges). Please e-mail our Returns Department (returns@baseapparel.com) or call Retail Customer Service at 973.794.5233 (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm EST) to receive complete step-by-step instructions. You are responsible for return postage costs and we are not accountable for any packages lost in transit. We recommend you use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation services or another package carrier that provides proof of delivery. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Returns or exchanges must be done within thirty (30) days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice and a brief explanation of the problem. Full refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
